In 2021,he established Chapwood Investments, LLC, an investment advisory company focusing on customer wealth management. He also became the founding partner of Global Financial Management, LLC.

Ed Butowsky spoke about financial education in a meeting with Howard Stern. He was quoted as stating, quote,”The fiscal education of anyone now could be found online.” He went on to add that people now need more than only a basic understanding of finance, but must be equipped with the tools to handle their finances. He went on to say there are too many people out there that don’t understand how to manage their money and lose it. He went on to call the ones that do understand how to invest correctly as”courageous people,” and he thought these folks were in great demand.

Before we move on, I want to give Ed Butowsky a few credit. The chap is absolutely an expert in regards to financial advice and investing. He is a very good writer and has a very engaging character. That being said, a number of his recommendations may have been demonstrated to be somewhat off the mark, but overall, this is a very good book so far as financial advisers move.

Within this publication, Butowsky starts out by describing the job of a financial adviser. The focus of this first section is about what a financial adviser does. According to Butowsky, his main duty is to analyze the financial statements of customers and recommend changes so as to improve their financial health. However, the actual test of a fiscal adviser is in how they handle their own portfolio.

This section of the book is very detailed and goes in the kinds of investments which an advisor should appraise before advocating any kind of investment. But,even after considering all ofthe very best investment opportunities, a fiscal adviser still has some obligation to their clients. The book then has a brief description of how to invest. And, finally,it concludes with some short but very helpful strategies for handling cash.

Overall, this is a nice little novel. It will not have the bells and whistles of recent books on fiscal management. However, for a person who is just getting started in the area of investment management, it offers a fantastic primer. Plus, the excellent thing about Ed Butowsky’s strategy is that it’s practical, even for people on the cusp of investing. I think anyone considering financial analysis will find something to like here.
